About our guest:
Patti is a “serial entrepreneur”. Patti and her husband own 12 Great Clips hair salons, a property management brokerage called Tidewater Homes (which manages about 200 properties), and a HomeVestors (We Buy Ugly Houses) franchise, where she is both a franchisee and a Development Agent. Patti and her husband recently sold 4 Jackson Hewitt Tax Service retail locations.
Patti welcomes the opportunity to work with new and experienced investors alike. In 2011 she formed Tidewater Homes, a property management company that helps professionals develop wealth by creating equity and passive income with rental property. Patti is the Principle Broker and Tidewater Homes is currently managing about 200 units. In addition, she and her husband wholesale and flip property in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
Patti is also a Development Agent with HomeVestors. In this role, she helps new franchisees learn how to buy, rehab and wholesale houses.
Patti and her husband started developing a portfolio of rental properties in 2008. Currently they own about 50 properties in Hampton Roads, VA.
Patti served as the President of the Tidewater Real Estate Investors Group from 2009-2013, and currently is a Lifetime Board Member. She is a National Speaker who talks on the topic of real estate investing and entrepreneurship.
Patti was also recognized as being one of Hampton Roads Top 40 Under 40 Professionals in 2002.
