Wholesaling houses is not hard. There is a specific process to follow that includes:
I. Lead Generation Marketing —> Lead Qualification —–> Contract With Motivated Seller —-> Sign contract
II. Sell your contract via assignment to a Landlord or Flipper —-> Complete Assignment
III. At closing the house is bought by assignee and assignor collects the fee.
Of course a lot happens to make all this happen. You need to get good at lead generation for motivated sellers, learn to negotiate, understand contracts and assignments, build your buyers community with Landlords and Flippers and have a Lawyer/Title Company to complete the closings.
Wholesaling can work with all types of asset classes including single family homes, mobile homes, apartments, commercial and land.
