Chris Salazar Investing in Chicago and the Quad Cities With Multi-family and student housing.  How to start investing at a young age.

Chris Salazar is based in beautiful Chicago and has quickly amassed over 100 doors in his rental portfolio.  He has done it in under 3 years and before reaching the age of 24.  He now focuses on student housing, ground up development and more in the Quad Cities.

Chris began investing in real estate while in college and wholesaled a duplex near his college.  After college decided to not take the traditional route of finding his first job as a CPA.  Instead he found a pathway towards financial freedom with student housing and new construction development.
