Investing in real estate w/ Fabian Toledo and his journey from Colombia to Houston and the creation of Latinos in real estate.
Fabian Toledo is an active investor who began his journey at 16 when he came from Columbia, bought his first home at 18 and now invests in Houston, TX. He started out flipping burgers, but now he flips houses!
He got his realtor license at a young age and now is part of EXP. He likes to buy and hold so his investments can support his lifestyle. He is also the founder of Latinos in real estate and loves helping investors get started. Around 70 latino investors come to the meet up in Houston and it is a great way to connect with investors, contractors, lenders, etc.

Fabian travels extensively and his favorites places are Hawaii and Fiji. He suggests checking out the Chase Saphire reserve for a great rewards credit card. He has used AirBnB extensively and has also couch surfed on more than one occasions.
Fabian recommends attending your local real estate meet ups. Some investors are nervous about attending, but they should just get out and attend as they are filled with some great investors.
