About Dan Breslin:
Dan Breslin is the current host of the REI Diamonds Podcast. Dan is the Founder & President of Diamond Equity Investments, a quick flip investment company with yearly revenues over $3.5 Million.
Dan started out in the real estate business in 2006 in the Philadelphia market with NO MONEY-getting a ride to his first wholesale deal by his dad because he didn’t have a car. At the beginning of 2015, Dan moved to Chicago to be local to his teenage daughter and started doing deals there too. It was this move that taught Dan how to expand wholesaling houses to new markets and he has since expanded to operate in five markets: Chicago, IL, Philadelphia, PA, Atlanta, GA, Tampa & Miami, FL- Dan and his team close between 25-50 deals per month with every single one of those deals being closed Off Market, that is, directly with Sellers. When it comes to attracting Off Market Deals, Dan knows what he’s talking about.
